So, yep, chalk up another win for Aaron’s in ‘08 (Anna and Kristin have both logged a “V” for the season already). Back in CA, this time sunny CA, we (Anna, Erica, Kristin, and I) raced a warm-up crit in Santa Rosa to prepare for the big crit to come tomorrow - the Amgen Tour of California Women’s Criterium. A good team lead-out delivered Erica to the final straight in perfect position and a “thank you very much” sprint left a lot of day light behind her for the win. Although today’s result can’t be chalked up as the biggest win of the year, a win is still a win and every win helps boost the confidence and morale of the team. You can bet there will be plenty more big things to come from this team.

doh … that’s what happened with Lange?
oh man, she was so cool getting that bike change, too. right before she jumped back in, she gave a nice smile and looked relaxed and ready to rock.
i can’t believe you guys only had 4 riders there! you were all over the race and showed yourselves really well … especially with only 4 riders.
